Brayden: How to you sum up someone in just a few words? I made all this a while ago and trying to update it just doesn't make sense. Brayden was and is full of life! We really have his whole life document on this website, which I am so thankful to have made from the get go! Brayden will always be our little boy and so precious to everyone he met.
But you can't ever just put a whole life in just a few short words... there are no words that can express our love for him, that's for sure! Or who he was as a person himself... there just isn't words! He was amazing with everything he did, said, thought, felt... everything! I was always in awe of him and will forever be in awe of him. There is nothing I wouldn't do to bring him back to us... but we know he is up in Heaven with God and is being taken care of by the best giver of all! Brayden donated a few organs and when we hear of any updates on that I will for sure post the info!
Love you Brayden... forever and Always!! Mommy & Daddy miss you like crazy! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving up in Heaven and we hope you have the best 1st Christmas up there too! (12.20.07)

* How We Met *
Greg and I met on a Thursday... July 26, 2001 at (of all places) a bar in the Edmonds, Wa area. Greg was actually a friend of my brother Jeff's, who he had invited to come out with us that night. ... and I am sure glad he did! From the minute I saw him I thought he was so cute and I just got lost in his eyes. I even made the comment "Hey, did you know your eyes match your shirt?" lol... I thought I was so clever to think & say something like that. Greg wanted me to walk him outside when he left and of course I did! He asked for my number and I gave it to him without getting his! Good thing he chased me! :) He had called a few times but I was never home every time he called. Since I had just turned 21 two months before meeting him & meeting him in a bar, I didn't know what he wanted with me. So I was chicken to call him back. I am glad I did though!
Anyhow, We finially did get a hold of each other and hit it off from the start! Our first kiss was on a Thursday, (3 weeks to the day of meeting him) August 16, 2001. I know it was soon but I held out as long as I could & the first time I said "I love you" to Greg was also on a Thursday, 3 months later on October 25, 2001. Which he didn't say it back right away.
With some up and downs along the way and even a period of not being together (but not for long) and a baby we had together, we got married on Saturday, June 18, 2005 and couldn't be happier with our little family!

In July 2004 Greg had just moved to Molson, Wa with his dad. Then things changed! I found out once again on a Thursday, (funny how everything happens on a Thursday for us) July 15, 2004 that I was infact pregnant! He then moved back to the Lynnwood area to be closer to me. Eight months later & an emergency c-section, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy... |

His middle name of course taking after his daddy and his first name... yes it's different, but I had opened a baby name book and it went right to the page with Brayden on it and the name just stuck!
We couldn't be happier with Brayden in our family! He has been a huge blessing in our new lives together and he brings joy to our life each and every day!

* A Family Event *
We have twice now taken a vacation to go over to Greg's dads house in Molson, Wa. I want to make it a habbit to go on family vacations, no matter how small they are. Brayden loves car rides and I don't take him out as much as I should! As a kid, I always remember going to little places for the weekend or whatever and I just want Brayden to grow up having those same kind of memories. Hopefully soon we will be going on another vacation... to where? I have no idea. I will keep ya updated as to where and when though. If anyone has any good ideas let me know! I love doing things that don't cost a lot of money too. Cheap? Maybe.. but with a child things get too expensive so we try to do as much as we can with hardly anything. That's the best way in my opinion!
